HOW MUCH WEIGHT WILL I LOSE?

and what can I expect?

If I were to spit out some 2 digit figure at you, and claim that you 100% will lose that many kilograms, that would be just unethical, immoral and to be honest quite…desperate of me.

I have seen people drop as much as 20 kgs in 3 months on one hand and people dropping only 3-4 kgs hardly on the other hand in the 12 weeks.

It all depends upon YOU. When I mean YOU, I mean YOUR body. Your HEALTH, your past history of losing and gaining weight, your past history of crash dieting, eating behaviours and habits.

So its hard to tell an exact or even approximate figure.

But most people drop AT THE VERY LEAST…10% of their current body weight.

But you know what? Even though technically speaking- it is a “valid” question. I’ll urge you to…I mean really from the bottom of my heart, I urge you to stop asking that question.

 

These 12 weeks are for forming the habits and bringing about the fundamental change in your body and mind first, then it is about weight loss.

Without the habits, behaviours and a healthy body, it is downright IMPOSSIBLE to lose weight and keep it off.
